Rules

Everything 17/10 BARRICADE does, in the order it does it.

§1 What gets on the board

SourceThe public timelines of 51 French news and alert accounts on X, read every 90 seconds.
TimePosted at or after 00:00, Paris time. The board empties at midnight and starts again.
PlaceThe event happens in France, mainland or overseas.
SubjectA problem caused by the protests: clashes, riots, damage, looting, arrests, injuries, boarded-up shops, blockades, strikes. Everything else is left out.
KeywordMandatory. The French text must contain a word of the protest (manifestation, émeute, casseurs, CRS, barricade, heurts, lacrymogène, interpellations, pillage, grève…). Then the model checks that the problem is really linked to the protests.
ImageThe tweet carries a photo, a video or a link preview image. Without one there is no coin picture, so the tweet is not shown.
FormOriginal posts only. No replies, no reposts.

§2 Translation

Each tweet is read once by a language model running on our own machine, which decides place and subject and writes a faithful English translation. Names, places and numbers are kept; emoji and channel prefixes are dropped. The French original is always shown under the translation.

§3 What a coin carries

PictureThe tweet's image, cropped square. Fixed.
TwitterThe tweet's link on x.com. Fixed.
WebsiteThe coin's page on 17/10 BARRICADE. Fixed.
DescriptionThe English translation and the tweet's link.
Name, tickerSuggested from the event, editable by the launcher.

§4 Launching

  1. 01
Your wallet signs a readable message. It costs nothing and proves you are the one launching.
  2. 02
The tweet is held for you for two and a half minutes while you sign the transaction.
  3. 03
The coin is created on pump.fun, with your optional first buy, in one transaction.

One coin per tweet: once a tweet has a coin, its button shows the ticker instead. 17/10 BARRICADE never holds your key.

§5 Fees

100%Of the creator fees go to the 17/10 BARRICADE treasury, which uses them to buy $BARRICADE.
HowThe treasury is written as the coin's creator on pump.fun, in the launch transaction itself. The launcher pays the launch and owns what they buy.
LockThe split is written in the launch transaction and locked on pump.fun. Nobody can change it, 17/10 BARRICADE included.
FlowFees collect in each coin's vault; every 15 minutes 17/10 BARRICADE pushes them to both shares. See every coin's fees →

§6 Accounts read

X's full search needs a paid key. Until then, coverage is the accounts above, which together report most of what happens in the country.
